ATP determination using the sensitive bioluminescent luciferase assay. This assay is optimized for a very sensitive detection of very small amounts of ATP in various samples. Even 0.1 pmol of ATP can accurately be determined.

The luciferase bioluminescent assay includes thermostable firefly luciferase, D-Luciferin as substrate and appropriate buffer solutions optimized for sensitive ATP quantification.
