Our bioluminescence ATP determination kits are ideally suited for sensitive quantification of ATP in various applications such as ATP detection in biological samples or monitoring of ATP dependent enzyme assays. The ATP kits are available in two different formats either for highly sensitive determination of low ATP concentrations or as a time stable assay where ATP can be measured over a time scale of about 4 hours. 10 ml of the assay mix is sufficient to perform at least 200 analyses depending on assay volume.
