Biaffins ATP determination kit is a sensitive bioluminescent assay using the luciferase-luciferin system. This assay is optimized for a very sensitive detection of very small amounts of ATP in various samples. Even 0.1 pmol of ATP can accurately be determined.

The bioluminescent assay includes thermostable firefly luciferase, D-Luciferin as substrate and appropriate buffer solutions optimized for sensitive ATP quantification.

Quantity: 100 ml assay kit for 2000 – 10 000 assays
