Biaffins time stable ATP determination kit is bioluminescent assay based on the luciferase-luciferin system. This assay is optimized for applications where ATP concentrations ranging from 10 nM up to 10 µM are determined. The luminescence signal is stable for at least 4 hours.

The bioluminescent ATP determination kit includes thermostable firefly luciferase, D-Luciferin as substrate and appropriate buffer solutions optimized for sensitive ATP quantification.
