ERK1 and ERK2, also known MAPK3 and MAPK1, are MAP kinases which are activated by MAPK kinase (MEK or MKK). The antibody was raised against diphosphorylated ERK1 (Thr202/Tyr204) and ERK2 (Thr185/Tyr187).  Specific for ERK1 and ERK2 (human, insect, mouse, rat, yeast), no cross reactivity with other proteins. Purified by the goat anti-mouse IgG affinity chromatography. Reconstitution: 1.2% sodium acetate or neutral PBS. 


  • Western Blot Analysis: use at 0.25-0.5 µg/ml
  • Biacore: use at 1-2 µg/ml
