Background: The antibody detects consecutive histidines (6-10) usually used as tags for purification and detection, the his-tags can be localized at the amino- or carboxyl-terminus of his-taged proteins
Formulation:  Lyophilized from PBS with trehalose, reconstitute in PBS
Applications: Western Blot (WB), ELISA, SPR
Working Dilutions: Antibody dilutions need to be tested and specified for each his-tagged protein, e.g. 1-2 µg/ml
Storage and Stability: Store at -20°C for 12 months from date of receipt as supplied.
