ERK1 and ERK2, also known MAPK3 and MAPK1, are MAP kinases which are activated by MAPK kinase (MEK or MKK). The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide mapping at the N-terminal of the human MAPK1+3.  Specific for ERK1 and ERK2 (human,  mouse, rat, rabbit), no cross reactivity with other proteins. Immunogen affinity purified antibody. Reconstitution: 1.2% sodium acetate or neutral PBS.

Applications:

  • Western Blot Analysis: use at 0.5-1.0 µg/ml
  • Immunohistochemistry: use at 1-2 µg/ml
